HVAC Company looking for a full time bookkeeper and administrative person.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• day to day account entry‬
• working with staff on recording transactions and postings for monthly closing
• accounts receivable, billing and collections,
• bank reconciliations,
• ‪accounts payable,‬
• ‪preparing government reports and paying sales taxes,‬
• preparing monthly financials and reporting to management
• Contract management and customer service

Qualifications:
• ‪Candidate must have prior bookkeeping experience.
• ‪A degree in accounting and/or finance is a plus.
• ‪A working knowledge of accounting programs and Microsoft Office products.
• ‪Must be organized, detail oriented and handle multiple projects at times while working under a deadline.
• ‪Must be a self-starter with the ability to solve problems in a timely manner.
• ‪Solid written and verbal communications skills a must.

with great customer service skills.‬‬

‪Compensation range: $17.00 /hr. DOE. (based on skills and prior work experience).
